Since 2010, Souren Communications has partnered with The Coalition of Infant/Toddler Educators (CITE) to support the organization’s digital presence and visual identity through website management, branding, and graphic design services.

Our relationship began with the ongoing maintenance and support of CITE’s website, helping ensure that infant and toddler educators, caregivers, and early childhood professionals have reliable access to valuable resources, training opportunities, and information that support their important work.

In 2012, we partnered with CITE to develop a new logo and visual identity that thoughtfully reflects the organization’s mission and values. Through numerous design iterations and close collaboration with Terri Buccarelli and the Board of Directors, every element of the logo was intentionally crafted to symbolize the relationships at the heart of early childhood education. The final design features an inclusive caregiver figure, a child and an infant representing the organization’s focus on the earliest years, a shared gaze between caregiver and child that reflects connection and engagement, and a book that symbolizes learning, literacy, and lifelong growth.

Today, we continue to maintain and support CITE’s WordPress website, ensuring that its digital presence remains secure, accessible, and aligned with the organization’s ongoing efforts to support and strengthen the infant and toddler education community.

The result is a meaningful visual identity and a dependable digital platform that help advance CITE’s mission while fostering connection among early childhood professionals throughout New Jersey.
