Since 2015, Souren Communications has partnered with Prevent Child Abuse New Jersey (PCANJ) to design, develop, and maintain a clear, accessible, and mission-driven digital presence.
Our engagement began with the design and development of the organization’s website and included a strategic migration to WordPress, enabling PCANJ’s internal team and program leaders to directly manage and update content across the site. This shift significantly improved workflow efficiency and empowered multiple departments to share timely program updates, resources, and announcements.
In 2023, we led a comprehensive website redesign to further improve usability, accessibility, and content structure, ensuring the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of its diverse audiences, including families, professionals, and community partners across New Jersey.
Over the course of our partnership, we have also provided ongoing WordPress training to PCANJ staff – both in person and virtually – supporting long-term confidence and capability in managing website content internally.
Today, we continue to provide website management and maintenance, keeping the site current, secure, and aligned with PCANJ’s communications goals. Our work supports the organization in delivering timely information and resources that advance its mission to promote safe, stable, and nurturing environments for children and families.
The result is a modern, accessible, and sustainably managed website that strengthens outreach while giving PCANJ full control over its digital communications infrastructure.
